It’s been 10 years since I’ve discovered my passion for user experience design and research. It’s been 4 years since I’ve discovered my passion for leading teams.
As a User Experience leader, I’ve adopted a facilitative leadership style that aims to drive successful customer-centric collaboration throughout my team and the organization. I believe that with every challenge there’s an opportunity (or two or three) and I’m energized by helping teams to figure out creative ways around obstacles.
During my career I’ve established user centered design practices in healthcare and education companies, worked closely with tech teams to evolve from waterfall to agile processes and have had hands on experience with all of the requisite design and research methods (information architecture, leading design workshops, wireframing, user flows, journey maps, interviews, usability testing, surveys, card sorting, persona development, contextual inquiry, and more).
